Making a reservation/booking
We will hold your Reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start for your chosen activity.
To secure your Booking a payment is required.
To reserve a space for you on any of our Activities we offer at Salgar Diving, you can just email us, or call us. Individual bookings can be done on short or sometimes even immediate notice, according to our Instructor availability and space on the boat. If you are in Menorca, and you wake up thinking that this may be the perfect day for a dive, just give us a call and we´ll get organised 🙂
Our prices
All of our prices are quoted in €- EUR and include IVA (VAT)
Paying for your Activity
A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total booking cost is required to confirm your reservation.
Failing to do this could result in forfeiting your space to another customer 24hours or less prior to the scheduled time.
Group bookings of 4+ require a payment no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled activity or at the moment of booking.
There are a few ways to send us a payment – send a SWIFT Payment (Electronic International Bank Transfer), pay via PayPal or we can process your credit card locally, via the phone (VISA and Mastercard). If you are in Menorca, cash payments are of course accepted as well (EUR only).
Our PayPal (paypal@salgardiving.com) account will only accept payments in € (Euros) free of surcharge. If you wish to pay in your local currency, other then EUR, a 3% fee applies.
All bank charges, credit card charges & PayPal charges for payments to Salgar Diving are to be borne by the customer.
Cancellations
Giving us 24 hours or more notice, all changes or cancellations are free of charge.
If you cancel within 24 – 12 hours from the time of your reserved trip/course/activity, 50% cancellation fee applies.
Cancellations with less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled time are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Should you fail to turn up for a trip (“no show”) you will be charged the total cost.
To avoid no-show fees, please let us know your change of plans with a 24 hours notice.
What happens if we need to change your booking
If your chosen and paid activity is cancelled by Salgar Diving, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to find an alternative day or time for you Should you be unavailable to reschedule we will refund all money paid.
What happens if you need to cancel your booking at the last minute
With a 24 hours notice, no harm done. If you wish to reschedule, we´ll be pleased to offer you another day and time.
If you have to cancel on a shorter notice, we´ll try to ¨fill¨ your space with another customer that happens to walk in, or would like to make a quick reservation for an impending activity. If we can fill your space, no harm done either.
Should your reserved space remain empty, cancellation policy applies.
